This is so very true although i myself like many of you have faced and will probably continue to face our inner fears as they may come towards you like angry elephants or they may appear as people that we are close to. Regardless of how fear presents itself. It has no power unless you decide to lend it a listening ear.....giving your mindfullness away so to speak the next time a challenge battles torwards you make a stand ,do not shy away as it will eventually disperse into nothing.Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real.Its nothing until we give it permission to run our lives and it will gladly do so,learn to see that people places and things that unnerve you are to be walked towards not avoided you will then see truth and feel free of Fear. Change can be beautiful, In doing so It can be our biggest lesson.Namaste x
